Born in 1976, Amitesh Verma graduated in 2004 with a BFA in Painting from College of Art, University of Delhi, New Delhi. He has has been an artist-in-residence at Small Pond Arts, Ontario, Canada (2010), and at CAMAC, Marnay-sur-Seine, France (2009), as well as participating in art camps and workshops in India and countries such as Russia, Turkey, Singapore and Thailand.
